Create a Bidding War Through Home Staging

During a bidding war, two potential buyers go back and forth in an attempt to outbid the other buyer and win the property. This drives the sale price up, increasing the home's value. As a stager, it's our job to ensure a client will sell their property for the highest value possible. Staging can drastically influence the appearance of a property on the market and set it apart from competition.

The right home stager will pay attention to the neighborhood, type of property and target market when staging a property. Using colors, decor and furniture that will appeal to a large market is key! Going too deep with a specific trend can turn some potential buyers away if it's not appealing to them. Anyone who walks through the door should be able to envision themselves living in the property for years to come!

According to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, staged homes spend 73% less time on the market than non-staged homes and typically sell for up to 17% more.

Are you ready to start a war? A friendly one, of course! Contact us today for a free home staging estimate.
