A few months ago, real estate agent Donna Charpentier was bringing a one-bedroom condo on the market in South Boston at $349k - a price almost unheard of in the area. Since the property was vacant, The Charpentier Team used virtual staging to market the listing. The photos came out amazing, however, when potential buyers came to visit the condo, they were extremely let down. After receiving no offers on the property, Donna enlisted Boston Modern Staging & Design to stage the unit for real.
New photos were taken, along with a small price drop, and within a couple days, there were multiple offers on the home! The accepted offer was at the original ask price.
